Lancelot ‘Capability’ Brown is remembered as one of England’s greatest gardeners. He was nicknamed ‘Capability’ for telling his clients that their properties had the capability for improvement! In 1741, Capability worked at Stowe gardens, where he worked under William Kent. Our capability trowel has been designed in tribute to his beautiful designs and the belief that in gardening everything could be improved. This trowel has the functionality to endure many gardening tasks and has been expertly designed with the gardener in mind. This is the only trowel you will ever need, made from high quality polished stainless-steel head for rust resistance and minimal soil adhesion. Handle made from beautiful ash wood, contoured for a perfect comfortable grip. Features a serrated edge to make light work of weeding, severing roots and opening compost bags. A sharpened, pointed tip for easy soil penetration and robust hammer to aid hammering in anything from vine eyes to posts.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
