External cladding - engineered wood board with with a cedar finish that helps resist moisture because each wood strand is individually treated with advanced binders and wax. In addition, each panel is treated throughout with our proprietary zinc borate-based process to help resist fungal decay and insect damage.
Internal cladding - MDF interior board moisture resistant, grooved to imitate classic cladding.
Wall and Roof insulation - YBS Airtec Double consists of a highly reflective aluminium foil with a laminated surface for durability either side of an air bubble membrane. This membrane effectively acts as a Vapour Control Layer. With an RValue of 1.45 Airtec Double is equivalent to around 55mm of Polystyrene.
Floor insulation - 25mm Celotex
Painting internally and externally is included as standard.
Assembly is included by the Shire team.
This item should be built on a firm and completely level base, preferably constructed from concrete. The fitting of windows and doors will be affected if your base is not firm and level - please ensure this is in place prior to your delivery date. Failure to do so may delay the fitting of your office and could incur charges.
Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of delivery day you will also receive live tracking information.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
The costs to arrange a return to us does vary depending on the product you ordered and we will inform you of the costs when we communicate with you to arrange the return with our couriers.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 days of it being returned to us
