Shire Camelot 8x8 19mm Log Cabin

The 8 x 8 Camelot Log Cabin from Shire is a classic design that gives you the perfect space in which to relax and unwind in your garden, or makes a great workshop, hobby room, office, teenagers den, dining space or more. 

Made from 19mm interlocking logs which are 50% thicker than a standard shed and 12mm tongue and groove boards for the roof and floor, this is a sturdy log cabin that is built with durability in mind. 

This log cabin also benefits from a fully framed single door, with a full length concealed piano hinge for added security and a joinery made single opening window which can be positioned on either side of the building, complete with external shutter for added privacy and security. 

This cabin is also supplied with a sliding bolt to allow you to lock the door with your padlock and pressure treated bearers that can be installed directly onto paving slabs or a concrete base. 

Made in the UK from kiln dried FSC European Pine which reduces the moisture content in the timber and allows for tight and secure interlocking joints. 

The cabin is supplied as a self assembly kit, with instructions and fittings. 

The log cabin is supplied with individual interlocking logs that slot together for straightforward assembly.

Treatment and Maintenance

Shire Log Cabins should be treated immediately following assembly with a high quality preservative and at least once a year after. 

It is also recommended that the underside of the floorboards are treated before assembly for added protection.
