This contemporary outdoor studio combines premium quality, practical design, and an attractive aesthetic. With it's modern design and spacious open plan, this garden room will provide a comfortable area to furnish as you wish. Fitted with a mortice lock, you can also safely secure it when no longer in use.

Including many traditional features of a summer house, this build is versatile and will work in a variety of gardens. The high quality double doors, and two large opening windows provide an abundance of natural light - perfect for working throughout the day. What's more, thanks to the toughened glass and double glazing with storm resistant joinery, you can rest assured you will be kept cosy inside if the weather takes an unexpected turn.

Built from FSC approved, slow grown, high grade European pine, this structure is of the best quality and is sustainably sourced. Constructed on a sturdy 3" by 2" frame, and finished in 20mm rebated bevel cladding overlap boards, the Garden Office Studio has been designed to withstand long term use as an outbuilding, and look great too. The timber also arrives pre-treated with a honey brown preservative base coat, ready for you to paint or stain immediately after installation. This allows you to choose just the right colour to suit your space and to stand out from the crowd. (Door and window frames DO NOT come painted as per picture).

You should make allowance for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.
