The classic Buckingham Summerhouse is a perfect choice for all gardens with the added advantage of being pressure treated for low maintenance however you can still paint or stain the building to create a real feature. The high quality double doors open out to the front and the large attractive opening Georgian side window can go on either side It is constructed on 34mm square framing and clad with planed shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade slow grown FSC approved northern European pine. The window and doors are joinery made quality and of a storm resistant design. The enclosed area is approximately 7' x 7' with a small canopy over the front gable (Imperial dimensions are approximate to the nearest foot please refer to the exact metric dimensions in the data given). Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and access for painting and during installation. Following your order you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of delivery day you will also receive tracking information.
The item is flat packed and delivered kerbside.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
The costs to arrange a return to us does vary depending on the product you ordered and we will inform you of the costs when we communicate with you to arrange the return with our couriers.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 days of it being returned to us
