The 12 x 8 Mayfield Shire Summerhouse is a stylish garden room with a modern design. The interior feels bright and airy thanks to the reverse apex roof, windows, and fully glazed double doors. The striking design makes this perfect if you want an avant-garde summerhouse.
The reverse apex summerhouse with wide-opening double doors has an interior that feels much more spacious than it looks. The tongue and groove summerhouse design allows you to adapt the final look. You can choose where the door and window panels are fixed on the front elevation to suit your tastes. You can also order an additional side window for even more light. If you select the optional side window, it can go on either the left or right side (please contact us if you require a quote for the additional window).
The flooring of the summerhouse is made with tongue and groove boards, a finish that makes the interior feel high-end. It makes the floor more robust and better for holding furniture or other items you place inside. The double doors provide excellent ventilation, and as they are fully glazed, you get lots of light inside the wooden garden room even when closed.

The Shire Mayfield Summerhouse is a British-made garden building made from FSC® certified timber. You will get a low-carbon footprint summerhouse made from ethically sourced materials. The practical design makes it straightforward to assemble. It comes with a 10-year anti-rot guarantee and a 12-month manufacturer's warranty.
Superior fixings, high-quality roof felt, and optional assembly from the manufacturer is available. The timber boards attach to a solid internal framing to make hard-wearing and sturdy panels.
Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of delivery day you will also receive tracking information.
This item is flat packed. Please call for a quote for assembly if required.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
The costs to arrange a return to us does vary depending on the product you ordered and we will inform you of the costs when we communicate with you to arrange the return with our couriers.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 days of it being returned to us

We offer free shipping on most of our products to the majority of mainland postcodes.
Exceptions to this are postcodes in the Scottish Highlands such as AB37-38, AB41-56 and IV and on the mainland KW1-14, PA21-40, PH15-26, PH30-41, PH49-50 and KW1-14.
