Returns Policy
Changed your mind?
We are sure that you will be happy with your purchase, however if you change your mind then you can return unwanted items 30 days after purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition, with all packaging, tags and labels intact.
As we choose to keep our prices as low as possible with free postage, this means that we cannot offer free returns. If you are returning an item due to changing your mind, you can either arrange a return yourself and provide us with the relevant tracking details, or if you wish for us to arrange a collection for you, we can book this for you and a collection charge will be deducted from the refund. Collection charges start from £12.00 depending on the size and weight of the item, and the courier we will need to use for this.
Once the goods arrive back in our warehouse, this will be checked over. Your refund will then be processed within 7 days of reaching our warehouse using the same method that you paid with.
Returning a faulty or damaged product?
On occasion, we do experience faults to our items either during transit or manufacturing flaws.
We please request that you inform us of this as soon as possible so we can help rectify the problem. We will likely ask you for either a photo or video of the problem so we can resolve this as quick as possible for you.
Our customer service team will assist you with resolving or collecting the item.
Once the goods arrive back in our warehouse, this will be checked over. Your refund will then be processed within 7 days of reaching our warehouse using the same method that you paid with.
Shipping
*Next Working Day Delivery (Order Before 11am!)* - This excludes weekends, orders received after 11am Friday, will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday (excludes bank holidays) If in doubt, please contact us prior to ordering.
'Nationwide 2 Man Delivery Service' - Delivery within 7 working days. We will get in contact with you offering dates for the next available delivery slots in your area.
'Nationwide Pallet Delivery Service' - Delivery within 7 working days. The courier will call you to confirm your delivery date. Please note that this service is kerbside only. If you choose to upgrade to a Saturday delivery, please note that this does not include Bank Holiday weekends.
SHIRE DELIVERIES - Please note, Shire deliver their own products. Delivery charges apply for the following postcodes and will depend on the size of the item - CF, CH, LA, NP, CA, EX, LD, NE, SY, DG, EH, G, KA, LL, ML, PL, PO30-41, SA1-18, TD, TQ, AB, DD, FK, IV-3, KY, PA1-19, PH1-18, SA19-73, TR. Please ensure you select the correct option when you add this to your basket. Delivery is not available for the following postcodes - BT, GY, HS, IM, IV14, JE, KW, PA20-78, PH19-44, ZE. Any postcodes not listed are free of charge.
DELIVERY CHARGES
We offer free shipping on most of our products to the majority of mainland postcodes, however this may change depending on the item and the courier that we use. Please refer to the drop down menu on the item you are ordering to select the correct delivery charge.

For all offshore UK postcodes ie. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Wight and postcodes KA,KW,HS,IV,PA,PH,ZE and TR, please call 07737 265 572 for a quote before placing an order if there is not an available delivery option for your postcode.
COLLECTION DATES
Our warehouse is open from Monday - Friday. Collections take place every weekday by Yodel, Royal Mail, DPD, DX Freight and Palletforce (EVTS). Panther collect from us on Tuesday's and Thursday's.
Please note: No collections take place on Bank Holiday's or Weekends, so please bear this in mind when ordering. This will also affect any delivery upgrades.
