The high Dutch Barn styled roof and feature gable makes this a wonderfully distinctive garden building. The stylish roof shape gives considerably more headroom and allows the possibility of storage in the roof space. The wide double doors ensure easy access into the building and the large opening storm-resistant side window lets in plenty of light. The cladding is 12mm slow grown, very high grade FSC approved pine on sturdy 34mm square framing. Mineral roof felt, a fixing kit and assembly instructions are provided. It is finished with a honey brown basecoat preservative treatment ready for your own topcoat immediately on installation, this could be a paint or stain. Dimensions shown are for the exterior wall of the building. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. (Imperial measurements are rounded so please refer to the metric sizes for accuracy) Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of delivery day you will also receive live tracking information.
The item is flat packed and delivered kerbside.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
The costs to arrange a return to us does vary depending on the product you ordered and we will inform you of the costs when we communicate with you to arrange the return with our couriers.
