The timber has been pre-treated with a water based preservative for protection during transit, making an ideal foundation for colouring to suit your personal taste. In order to receive the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee, the timber must be treated with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
