Garden Store Direct are committed to being the best value garden related online stockist. We consistently compare our prices to others in the market, however on occasion we find that some sales are offered by our competitors and we are not yet aware of this. 

The terms and conditions of our price matching is outlined below to ensure that we have created a fair and honest way of dealing with these requests. 

• The item in question must be in stock and available to buy
• We will only match the price visible online not including an additional discounts / offer
• The item must be identical to the one available on gardenstoredirect.com
• We will only price match against UK registered companies
• A price match will not be offered against auction websites
• We will not offer a price match after the point of sale
• All price matches will be subject to any delivery charges outlined on the competitors website
• We will only price match against a website that offers comparable service conditions
• Merchants and their items are exempt from our pricematch policy
• Although price matches are available we reserve the right not to alter our listed price

** PLEASE NOTE - we are unable to price match items from The Garden Village, Shire, Harvst, Amazonas or Palram items not held in our own warehouse.
