The Barclay is a magnificent corner summer house with a useful shed attached.
This garden building will really utilise a corner of your garden giving you a relaxing space as well as handy storage.
The summerhouse has full height, styrene safety glazed windows and doors to let in lots of natural light.
Wall panels are made from 12mm shiplap boards and supplied in a honey brown timber basecoat ready for you to topcoat after assembly, this could be wood paint or stain.
All framing is sturdy 34mm square and this lovely corner house is manufactured from high grade FSC certified northern European pine.
The floor and roof are 12 mm tongued and grooved timber.
The shed door has a padbolt to the door and the summerhouse features a traditional gate latch.
All fixings, mineral roof felt and assembly instructions are provided.
Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and access for painting and during installation.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
The costs to arrange a return to us does vary depending on the product you ordered and we will inform you of the costs when we communicate with you to arrange the return with our couriers.
