This contemporary summer house combines premium quality, practical design, and an attractive aesthetic. With it's modern design and spacious open plan, this summer house will provide a comfortable area to use as you wish. Fitted with a mortice lock, you can also safely secure your summerhouse when no longer in use.

Featuring substantial, high quality double doors, you can open up your summer house with ease to enjoy copious amounts of fresh air. What's more, thanks to the small canopy to the front of the build, you will remain sheltered from the elements. Six large windows have also been incorporated into the design, four fixed and two with openings, to welcome plenty of daylight into your space throughout the day. The windows are glazed with styrene safety glazing, and created with storm resistant joinery to keep you nice and cosy inside if the weather takes an unexpected turn.

Built from FSC approved, slow grown, high grade European pine, this structure will last through frequent use. Constructed on a sturdy 3" by 2" frame, clad with planed shiplap tongue and groove boards, the Miami has been designed to withstand long term use as an outbuilding. The timber also arrives pre-treated with a honey brown preservative base coat, ready for you to paint or stain immediately after installation. This allows you to choose just the right colour to suit your space and to stand out from the crowd.

You should make allowance for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.
